At Dive Spear and Sport, we recognise the importance of creating an inclusive and accessible environment for customers of all abilities. We have taken several measures to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access our 1770 location. 


Accessible Parking: We provide accessible parking spaces near our facility to accommodate customers with disabilities, ensuring convenient access to our premises.


Accessible Bathrooms: Our facility is equipped with accessible bathrooms that comply with accessibility standards, providing convenience and comfort for customers with disabilities.


Appropriate Walkways: We have carefully designed our premises to include appropriate walkways that are accessible for individuals using mobility aids, such as wheelchairs or walkers. These walkways are well-maintained and free from obstacles, ensuring smooth navigation throughout our facility.


Assistance Animals: We welcome and accommodate customers who rely on assistance animals. Our facilities are accessible to service animals, allowing individuals with disabilities to access our facilities with the support of their trusted companions.


However, it is important to note that while our facility is physically accessible, we currently face limitations in providing training or guidance for divers with disabilities. Due to the boutique nature of our resources and limited availability of disability scuba diving instructors, we regretfully cannot offer specialised training or guidance for individuals with disabilities at this time. We acknowledge the need for inclusive diving experiences and will actively explore opportunities to expand our accessibility offerings in the future.


Despite this limitation, we remain committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for customers of all abilities. We continuously strive to improve our accessibility measures and are open to feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall experience for individuals with disabilities.
