Fuel Levy

As you’ve likely seen in the news, fuel shortages and spiking costs have created some significant challenges. To ensure we can maintain our full schedule and continue providing the high-standard experience you expect, we will be introducing a temporary fuel levy on all trips from 1st April 2026.

What this means for you:

• To ensure transparency, the surcharge is calculated based on the actual market rate of fuel at the time of your trip.
• We are not using this to increase our margins; the fee is strictly to cover the additional cost of fuel.
• This will be charged at the time of your final payment. For your reference, we have calculated the costs of the levy based on the fuel price per litre and have attached below for your reference. 

We want to be truly clear –  this is a temporary measure. We have no intention of raising our base prices permanently, and we look forward to removing this levy as soon as fuel prices stabilise.
